Police identify man found shot dead in car on Indianapolis east side

INDIANAPOLIS -

Indianapolis Metro Police have identified a man found shot to death in a car on the east side Monday night.

The victim was identified as Nishant Patel, 31, of Indianapolis.

Witnesses tell police Patel went to the English Village Apartment complex to meet someone. When he didn't return home, his brother started looking for him and found him dead in the car.
