Burnaby-based consulting agency Smartt this week joins the HR Tech Group, hopes to exchange latest ideas on managing IT professionals.

Burnaby-based marketing consulting agency Smartt this week joined the HR Tech Group, a British Columbia association of human resources professionals in the high tech field. The HR Tech Group provides human resources news and benchmarking information to the local tech sector, including the BC Tech Salary Survey.

Smartt is excited to become a part of this local tech industry network and to learn more about the latest HR best practices in BC. As a people-driven consulting agency and advocate of agile management philosophies such as Scrum, Smartt hopes to exchange the latest ideas and approaches for developing the most important asset of any modern tech firm: its people.
