BFF Virtual Tools provide all stakeholders involved in Family Business just-in-time education in capsules of twenty minutes or less.
Montreal, QC (PRWEB) December 05, 2012
Business Families Foundation adds a new set of offerings to its online educational resources providing answers at your fingertips. The BFF Virtual Tools comprise short self-assessments, self-paced games and other energizing learning tools to help you address all critical questions related to family business dynamics and governance in an innovative and stimulating environment.
"It is about just-in-time education and teaching important skills and lessons that are so critical to family business success. Each of the BFF Virtual Tools is twenty minutes or less, meeting the needs of todays fast pace world", explain Nan-b de Gaspé Beaubien, Co-Chair of BFF and Pascale Michaud, President.
The first tool available is a self-assessment about "Who is family?" in a family business system. It helps uncover how we make decisions about family. It also describes implications for running our business while protecting family harmony and legacy. This tool is perfect to take individually, but also to discuss as a family, and to use in discussions with advisors, coaches and mentors.
The next set of tools to be released in early 2013 covers topics of: family leadership, family meetings, family generational relations, and more.
