HENRYVILLE -

Police in Henryville are looking for a man accused of taking money from tornado victims to fix their homes, then running off with the cash without doing the work.

The Clark County prosecutor filed charges against Karl Wray on behalf of two victims. More charges are expected later this week.

Delores Thomas called Wray to fix her roof after the March 2nd tornado. She hired Wray because he'd done work on her house before and he received an "A plus" rating from the Better Business Bureau. But in this case, Thomas paid Wray and he never returned to finish the work.

"He knew I was still going through a lot of problems with losing my husband and trying to make this place a go and he knew this about me and then he did this. But then I heard he's done it to other people, a 70-year-old man. Come on. I mean, come on. How could you do that to other people?" Thomas said.

Clark County prosecutor Jeremy Mull says there are two active arrest warrants out for Wray, including overcharging a 70-year-old man $2,500.
