Alicia Keys says she's a different woman - and that makes her new album different from her earlier ones.
"Girl On Fire" is in stores now and Keys says her new roles as a person have made her approach to her music different. She's now a wife, a mother and a more savvy businesswoman - and she says that makes her more confident and free to express herself in her music.
Keys says that's especially true when it comes to her lyrics. She says in the past, she used to feel she had to hold back a piece of herself - but she doesn't bother to do that anymore, which makes her new album a better reflection of who she is as a person these days.
