Venetian Builders, Inc., the leading installer of aluminum sunrooms, patio enclosures, patio rooms and screened pool enclosures in South Florida, recently installed a custom-designed Riviera Beach patio enclosure in just two days. Venetian installs aluminum room additions in Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and all nearby communities.
Homeownership thrives in Palm Beach County. The ownership rate in Palm Beach County was 73.6 percent from 2006 to 2010, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. That’s almost 4 full points above the rate for Florida as a whole, Census data show. And median home value in West Palm Beach is nearly 27 percent higher than that of the state as a whole, the Census reveals.
“Riviera Beach and West Palm Beach homeowners enjoy their properties, and they know that an addition can make their home not just more enjoyable, but also more valuable,” said Brian Cespedes, lead estimator for Venetian Builders. “Patio rooms and sunrooms are good ways to do that, and aluminum additions can save the homeowner up to 40 percent compared with the cost of traditional construction.”
In many parts of Palm Beach County, homes and lots are smaller, including in the many retirement communities there. But owners of those properties want just as much to enjoy Florida’s extended outdoor living opportunities, Cespedes said.
An aluminum home addition helps a homeowner do that with a minimum of fuss, Cespedes said.
“We fabricate the framing in our facilities,” he said. An insulated patio cover, such as the one on the Riviera Beach patio enclosure, is sized and custom-ordered to fit the project. Once parts are made, they are partially assembled at the building site, then integrated into one strong, attractive unit. All Venetian Builders aluminum additions are designed and built to meet or exceed the tough Florida Building Code.
“The whole building process can take as little as two days,” Cespedes said.
Christopher Noe, Venetian Builders president, said owners of small patios shouldn’t be misled about cost. “Small patios often can be enclosed for $8,000 to $9,000,” Noe said.
Estimates are free and detailed. For more information on additions such as a Century Village patio enclosure, Fort Lauderdale sunroom, Boynton Beach screened pool enclosure or Miami patio room, call Venetian Builders, Inc., 866-596-2427.
