The Powerball jackpot is over $200 million for the fifth time this year, and the Hoosier Lottery says it will hand out free tickets at 11:00 am at two locations Saturday morning.
The lottery is giving away just 214 tickets. The jackpot is estimated to be $214 million by Saturday. Players must be 18 years or older to participate.
