Two children injured in south side crash

INDIANAPOLIS -

A crash at Raymond Street and Shelby Street Saturday morning around 8:30 a.m. sent two boys, ages six and eight, to Riley Children's Hospital after the van they were in was hit by a semi.

According to police the semi was headed west bound on Raymond when a van driven by the boys' mother, Reyna Murillo, pulled in front of the semi while making a left turn to go south on Shelby Street.

The drivers of both vehicles were not injured.
