ATTICA -

Hundreds of mourners turned out to remember a western Indiana couple and their teenage daughter killed when a combine smashed into their minivan last week.

Those mourners filed past photos and the caskets of 62-year-old Daniel Fox, 40-year-old Stacy Fox and 15-year-old Demara at Attica High School Thursday evening. A private graveside service was planned Friday.

Family member Jonathan Duncan tells the Journal & Courier that Demara's sisters - 17-year-old Demetria and 13-year-old Dakota - are talking and walking as they recover from their injuries at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.

Police say the combine driver didn't make a complete stop at an intersection before the Oct. 31 crash.

Duncan tells WLFI-TV that the family believes the crash was an accident and doesn't hold the combine driver responsible.
