"The Voice" goes for knockouts

Posted: Updated:
LOS ANGELES -

Mackenzie Bourg from Team Cee Lo took a risk on "The Voice" last night during the knockout rounds.

He did an indie acoustic version of Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe." Cee Lo Green was impressed enough to keep him. Green also kept Cody Belew, Trevin Hunte, Nicholas David and Diego Val.

Adam Levine was sure he was going to choose Nicole Nelson over Loren Allred, but Allred surprised him with a rendition of Amy Winehouse's "You Know I'm No Good." Team Adam also retains Joselyn Rivera, Bryan Keith, Amanda Brown and Melanie Martinez.

Tonight Christina Aguilera and Blake Shelton pare down their teams in the knockout rounds.
