FISHERS -

A popular Hamilton County Christmas display will light up after all.

A day after Reynolds Farm Equipment canceled their annual Christmas lights display at their business a 126th Street and SR 37 in Fishers, the company president announced the show will go on.

The company had canceled the display Thursday, due to construction in the area. Company officials told our news gathering partners at the Indianapolis Star the display, which draws a long line of cars, would cause even bigger traffic problems in the area.

"After discussion with representatives of the project managers for the road construction near Reynolds Farm Equipment in Fishers, and a representative from the local police department, Reynolds will be having their annual Christmas light display. We wish to thank everyone who has supported this traditional event for what will be our twentieth year. We will continue to have freewill donations for two charities that include a local food pantry and a homeless shelter. The Reynolds family and its family of employees wish everyone a happy holiday season," company president Gary Reynolds said in a statement.

Details about the 20th annual Christmas display will be available next week, the company said.
