Fans are still buzzing about Peyton Manning's performance on Monday Night Football. He pulled off the greatest comeback of his NFL career last night as the Broncos took on the San Diego Chargers.
The Chargers had a 24-0 lead at the half.
Manning went to work in the third quarter. He threw three touchdowns in the second half, including a beautiful pass to former Colt Brandon Stokely. That was the game winner.
The Broncos won the game 35-24.
After the game, Manning said the team believed it could come back to win.
"I think guys understand from the past few weeks, that we can score quickly, we are able to come back. It's just a matter of 'how far can we comeback', 'how big of hole are in?'" Manning said.
Manning's comeback is now tied for the fourth-greatest regular-season comeback in NFL history.
