INDIANAPOLIS -

The owner of a southwest Indianapolis car repair business has been arrested for arson.

Firefighters battled a fire at Jimbo's Complete Auto Repair on Kentucky Avenue September 12. After investigating the fire, investigators ruled it an arson and arrested the owner of the business, 30-year-old James Lee Jenkins.

Jenkins was booked into the Marion County Jail and charged with arson. Police believe Jenkins may have had an accomplice in the arson and are continuing their investigation.

Anyone with information about the fire is asked to call the Indiana Arson Hotline at 1-800-382-4628. There is a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest.

Wayne Township Fire Investigators were assisted by personnel from the Indiana State Fire Marshals Office, the ATF and Decatur Township Fire Department.
