A Santa Claus man was arrested Wednesday child molesting and child solicitation.
State police investigators say 56-year-old Karl Rustin of Santa Claus allegedly molested two young girls over the past year. Detectives were working on tips received from the Dubois County Child Protection Services.
Police say Rustin molested the girls, ages 11 and 13, on several occasions in Spencer County. He was taken into custody without incident Wednesday afternoon.
Rustin has been booked on two felony counts each of child molestation and child solicitation.
