He blames milk for his taking ill during the first show of his national tour this past Saturday. Fans in Glendale, Arizona got to see Bieber vomit on stage - twice. He left the stage after each time - but returned each time and even performed an encore.
Glendale TV station KTVK reports that while Bieber was gone from the stage, his fans picked up for him and sang some of his songs. Bieber later apologized on Twitter, saying "Milk was a bad choice."
