INDIANAPOLIS -
Metro Police now have a suspect in custody in connection with a homicide near the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Herbert Barber was arrested for voluntary manslaughter. Police say 50-year-old Joseph Bajt was shot in the chest. Detectives aren't releasing any information about a motive.
The homicide happened around 7:30 pm on North Exeter Street. That's a few blocks west of the Brickyard.
