An undercover investigation into Asian massage parlors from Greensburg to Plainfield has ended with 13 arrests for prostitution. It all started with a tip.

Police say someone called in after seeing what they believed was an employee at a Shelbyville business being mistreated. This led to a force of police departments working together, including Indianapolis Metro, Greensburg and Plainfield Police as part of a long-term undercover investigation.

Thirteen people, including Stanley Hoskins, 61, of Trafalgar, and Xiao Ping Marino, 52, of Indianapolis, were taken into custody. $115,000 in cash was also seized. Hoskins was arrested for patronizing a prostitute; Marino was arrested for prostitution.
