INDIANAPOLIS -

Indianapolis Metro Police have arrested a man suspected of robbing CVS pharmacies. They didn't have to go very far to get their suspect.

Detectives say 19-year-old Nicholas D'Alessio was in jail on an unrelated charge and implicated himself in four robberies.

The surveillance video shows the robber wearing a wig and hospital scrubs. The suspect passed a note to the pharmacist saying he had a gun. He stole Oxycontin and Oxycondone.

The robberies happened at 505 East Thompson Road, 7915 South Emerson Ave, and 4401 East 10th Street. All three locations are CVS Pharmacies. The Thompson Rd. branch was robbed twice.
