SULLIVAN COUNTY -
One man is dead after the pick-up he was driving overturned into a pond at the intersection of County Roads 75 North and 150 East in Sullivan County.
The accident happened about 1:30 this morning.
When Indiana State Troopers arrived, they climbed into the bed of the pickup truck, broke out the rear window and found Richard A. Enstrom Jr., 43, of Shelburn not responding and trapped below the water.
Just then, State Police divers arrived, but their efforts to free Enstrom were unsuccessful.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Sullivan County Deputy Coroner.
