Why Heart doesn't get along with Annie Leibovitz

NEW YORK -

Somewhere there's a safe deposit box containing a topless photo of Ann Wilson of Heart.

Rolling Stone reports one of the stories in Heart's autobiography "Kicking and Dreaming: A Story of Heart, Soul and Rock & Roll" has to do with photographer Annie Leibovitz taking the photo for a Rolling Stone cover during the "Bebe Le Strange" era.

The band demanded Leibovitz destroy it. Leibovitz refused. Heart took her to court and a judge decided the negative should be kept in a safe deposit box. Wilson has one key, Leibovitz the other -- which means it will never surface.

"Kicking and Dreaming" comes out Tuesday.
