R Kelly: getting back to explicit

Posted: Updated:
NEW YORK -

Now that he has had a couple of albums that explored romantic themes - and more importantly now that he has been cleared of child porn charges - R. Kelly apparently feels free to refocus his efforts on the raunchy style of music.

He says his next album will go back to the explicit tunes that helped him make a name for himself. The title will be: "Black Panties" - and he will be following it up with a tour starting in October.

He is also working on the next parts in his "Trapped" musical soap opera.
