Mayor Greg Ballard has rescinded the countywide burn ban issued June 27.
Personal fireworks are still banned through December 31, as described in city code.
Keep in mind that the city's mandatory watering restrictions are still in place.
The water use restrictions and related exemptions will remain in effect until Citizens Energy Group notifies Mayor Ballard our water resources have returned to adequate levels and the need for mandatory restrictions no longer exists.
