Police investigate armed robbery at Fishers CVS

Fishers Police are looking for a man who robbed a CVS Pharmacy at gunpoint early Friday morning.

It happened at the CVS on Publishers Drive (near 131st Street and State Road 37) at around 4:40 am. A female employee told police that a man walked into the store and displayed a silver handgun. He forced the employee to open the safe.

The gunman took prescription medication from the safe and fled. The two employees who were in the store at the time were not injured.

Police used a K-9 unit and set up a perimeter but did not find the suspect.

Police described the suspect as a white male, age unknown, wearing dark pants, a black hooded sweatshirt, black/white sneakers and a black mask.
