ST. JOHN -

Northern Indiana police are investigating the death of a teenage boy whose body was found on a high school's property.

The Times of Munster reports that 17-year-old Levi Evans' body was found Wednesday night near a new electric substation on the southeast corner of the grounds of Lake Central High School.

The Lake County Coroner's office says no trauma or foul play is suspected in the Crown Point youth's death but that his cause of death had not yet been determined.

Fall classes have not yet started at the high school in the town of St. John about 10 miles southwest of Gary.

Lake Central School Corp. officials did not immediately return a call seeking comment.
