One local mom is once again helping families not only save money during the upcoming "back-to-school" shopping season but make money, too. Just Between -Friends (JBF) of Indianapolis is gearing up for its" Back-to-School Event", Aug. 8 - 11 at the Hamilton County Fairgrounds.
With great prices on thousands of new and gently-used items, JBF - Indianapolis's "Back to School Event" provides local families a chance to "turn their clutter into cash", while also providing bargains for shoppers. Families can typically save anywhere between 50 and 90 percent on thousands of items, like clothing for preemies through junior sizes for teens, maternity items, infant gear, outdoor equipment, shoes, accessories, books, movies, games/puzzles, room décor, furniture, toys, and much more.
This fall, they are expecting a record number of families to participate with more than 250 consignors. They get to price their own items using a free and easy online bar coding system and receive 65 percent of their sales, while volunteers earn up to 70 percent. Families can enjoy the safe event while earning cash and clearing their home of unwanted items. The upcoming JBF Indianapolis "Back-to- School" Savings event is set to begin Aug. 8.
