Authorities say a northwest Indiana man died after he was found unconscious at his job at U.S. Steel's Gary Works.
The Lake County coroner's office says 61-year-old Donald Graden of Portage was transported to Methodist Hospital Northlake in Gary, where he was pronounced dead about 6:30 a.m. Saturday.
The Times reports that Graden was found at a blower house with no overt signs of trauma.
The coroner's office says an autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of Graden's death.
A spokeswoman for U.S. Steel didn't return a phone call seeking comment.
