INDIANAPOLIS -
Two parents were arrested when their four young children were found alone in a parked van.
The children were found in a parking lot on High School Road near Washington Street on the west side Thursday afternoon. The children were checked out and released from IU Health West Hospital.
The mother of the children, 24-year-old Nasebah Khiat, is at the Marion County Jail. The father, 30-year-old Mohammad Abdulaziz, is still being processed. Both were arrested on one count of neglect.
