INDIANAPOLIS -

Fifty-eight people were cited for alcohol- and drug-related offenses at Thursday night's OAR with Rebelution concert at White River State Park.

Last night's citations are up 29% from last year's OAR concert, when Indiana State Police excise officers issued 45 tickets for various offenses.

Thirty-five people were cited for illegal possession or consumption of alcohol. Ten of those cited for underage drinking were younger than eighteen, and a 15-year-old boy tested .15% BAC.

Nine people were cited on drug-related charges, most for possession of marijuana.

Excise officers also issued seven tickets for false ID-related offenses and cited one juvenile for possession of tobacco.

Those cited will appear in Marion Superior Count on future dates. The juveniles were all released to a parent or guardian.
