Several injured in "Zombie" run

KNIGHTSTOWN -

Several people Saturday night are recovering from injuries they suffered in a first-of-its-kind race in Central Indiana.

Thousands of people were taking part in the "Run For Your Lives Zombie 5-K" in Knightstown.

People dressed-up like zombies chased down the runners taking part.

The race included a dozen obstacles including an electric fence that runners had to go through.

A woman whose sister took part in the race says she was shocked by the fence and taken to Hancock Regional Hospital with several other people.
