The possible attempted abduction of a seven-year-old boy has Columbus Police on alert.
It happened Tuesday in the Tipton Lakes area.
The boy says a man approached him in an older model black truck, with a trash bag over the license plate.
According to the boy's statement, the truck followed him as he ran away. The driver finally drove off when the boy ran into a neighborhood.
