Are you the next Biggest Loser?

INDIANAPOLIS -

If you have weight to lose and a story to tell, you could be the next Biggest Loser. The popular NBC show is looking for contestants for its next season, and you don't have to travel far to audition.

The open call is for people who have 85 pounds or more to lose. It will be held this Saturday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. at Chicago Home Fitness in Downers Grove, Illinois. Casting agents ask you send a recent photo of yourself and recommend you send a video.

The Biggest Loser follows several people struggling to lose weight. They live together on a ranch, and the one who transforms themselves the most wins $250,000.

The show's casting director, Holland Weathers, spoke to Eyewitness News about what they are looking for for the cast of season 14.

"We're trying to get back to the heart and soul of the show back to finding those deserving, loveable people that America is going to want to root for. So anyone that has a desire to change and really wants to be there," said Weathers.

She also shed some light on how the audition process works.

"We ask they not go into line more than three hours ahead, so not before 7 a.m. Don't bring anything with you other than a non-returnable photo. It doesn't have to be a professional photo. We'll have the applications you need. When you come in you'll meet with myself or my casting partner, a small group setting and we'll talk to each person," she said.

Weather also recommends sending a video with more information about yourself.
