SEATTLE -

The former chief financial officer of Pearl Jam's management is accused of ripping off the band.

The Seattle Post-Intelligencer reports Rickey Charles Goodrich is charged with stealing $380,000 from the band from 2006 to 2010, but Pearl Jam say it's more like $566,000.

Prosecutors say Goodrich transferred money from company accounts to pay off his debts and he used band credit cards to buy personal things like wine and vacations.

Goodrich declined comment. He's due in court June 28.
