Authorities say a 24-year-old man's girlfriend found him about an hour after he fell some 80 feet from a rock face near a waterfall at a central Indiana lake.

The Johnson County Sheriff's Department says Sean Drew of Mooresville was in a no-trespassing area when he climbed the rock face at Lamb Lake a few miles south of Trafalgar.

Sheriff's Maj. Jerry Pickett tells the Daily Journal that Drew was close to the top when he slipped and fell. His girlfriend found him shortly before sunset Tuesday evening.

Pickett says Drew had ankle, wrist and back pain and breathing troubles but was lucky to have no signs of paralysis. Drew was taken by helicopter to an Indianapolis hospital, where he was listed in fair condition.
