INDIANAPOLIS -
Republican Mike Pence and Democrat John Gregg have won their parties' nominations to take the place of term-limited Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels.
Pence has been a congressman since 2000 and was unopposed for the Republican nomination since Fishers businessman Jim Wallace missed a February deadline to file enough petition signatures to make Tuesday's ballot.
Gregg is a former Indiana House speaker and didn't have any competition for the Democratic bid.
Gregg and Pence will be joined on the November election ballot by former "Survivor" TV reality series star Rupert Boneham. Indiana Libertarians selected Boneham as their candidate at a party convention in March.
