An attorney representing several victims of last summer's deadly Indiana State Fair stage collapse is seeking to make band members' accounts of that night public.
Kenneth J. Allen filed a motion this week asking a judge for permission to release the transcripts. The Indianapolis Star obtained a copy of the document.
Stage rigging fell onto a crowd waiting for Sugarland to take the stage on Aug. 13, killing seven people and injuring dozens more.
Band members gave depositions earlier this month about what they did in the hours before the disaster. A partial transcript of singer Jennifer Nettles' deposition was released earlier this month.
Sugarland spokesman Allan Mayer declined comment.
Allen told the Star there were questions whether the released transcript accurately reflected what Nettles actually said.
