Indiana players are taking a break from workouts this week.
Coach Tom Crean insists it won't be a long one.
He is imploring his players to get stronger, to become more consistent in winning head-to-head player matchups and to improve defensively. If the Hoosiers can do those three things, then perhaps they will meet some lofty expectations.
Most analysts expect the Hoosiers to make a national championship run next season.
Crean says players will get some time off to focus on final exams, but when they get back on the playing floor, the workouts will be hard and competitive. It's the only way Crean believes they can improve.
