An Olympic gold medalist with Indiana ties has died.
Former diver Mark Lenzi has died at his home in North Carolina.
Lenzi went to Indiana University and later coached there. He won a gold medal on the three-meter springboard at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. He also won a bronze medal at the 1996 games in Atlanta.
One report said Lenzi was recently hospitalized after fainting spells, and that his mother said he'd been taking medication for a heart condition.
Mark Lenzi was 43 years old.
