INDIANAPOLIS -
13 Investigates has uncovered new details about the Indiana State Fair tragedy. We also know when the members of Sugarland will give their depositions.
The band will give video depositions from Virginia on April 12th and 13th.
Mid America Sound, the company that owns the stage that collapsed, says the State Fair Commission has a duty to protect the company. Mid-America denies it did anything to warrant the stage collapse.
Company officials say it only leased stage equipment, showing invoices of more than $20,000.
Mid America points to a contract saying, the "PURCHASER assumes all risks inherent in the operation and use of the equipment..." including loss of life.
Mid America also wants to question Sugarland.
Last week, the country music duo performed during a live national television performance, days after a judge said they did not have to appear in Indianapolis.
