INDIANAPOLIS -

WTHR Cares is launching a community-wide effort to aid our fellow Hoosiers who were impacted by Friday's deadly tornadoes in Southern Indiana. All proceeds will go directly to the Indiana Red Cross.

People donated a total of over $360,000 during Monday's fundraising drive at WTHR's studios. By the end of the week, the total was over $500,000.

If you made a donation during Monday's telethon, click here to get a receipt.

Kroger is one of our WTHR Cares community partners. You can still make a cash or credit card donation at any Kroger location across Central Indiana. Donations can be made at Kroger for two weeks, starting Sunday, March 4.

You can also make a donation at any Forum Credit Union for the next two weeks.

Checks

Make checks out to "American Red Cross."

Send the check to:

Teaming with Indiana Pacers

You can also donate to the Hoosier Tornado Relief fund at Tuesday's Indiana Pacers game at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Eyewitness News is teaming up with the Pacers and our partners at the Indianapolis Star to collect donations before tip-off of the game against the Atlanta Hawks.

Sports Director Dave Calabro and other WTHR personalities will be at the game to take your donations.
