Chrishawn Hopkins scored 13 points and Andrew Smith and Khyle Marshall 12 apiece to lead Butler to a 63-57 victory against Loyola Chicago on Tuesday night.
Erik Fromm had 10 points for the Bulldogs (16-12, 10-6 Horizon League), who in the second half held a steady two-possession lead that was protected at the free-throw line in the final two minutes.
Ben Averkamp scored 23 points for the Ramblers (6-19, 1-14).
Butler, which shot 52.5 percent (21 of 40) from the floor, won a 10th conference game for the seventh straight season, a Horizon League record.
