The Food and Drug Administration found 400 lipsticks on the market which tested positive for lead.

The agency found lead in best selling brands sold at drug stores and even high-end department stores. The FDA says the levels are low and there are no safety risks to women.

However, a consumer safety group says there are no safe levels of lead and it wants more studies to see if there are risks to women.
