INDIANAPOLIS -
The Indiana Supreme Court is going on the road again. The court will hear oral arguments at Valparaiso University's law school on February 24. They'll hear arguments in the case of Steven Hollin, whose conviction of conspiracy to commit burglary was questioned over whether he had access to a proper lawyer. Each side getting 20 minutes to argue their case.
Chief Justice Randall Shepherd says the court likes to travel so students and the public can see its process firsthand. The court previously visited Valparaiso in November 2010.
The arguments will begin at 1:30 p.m. CST, and seating will be limited. There's no timeline for when the court will hand down a decision in the case.
