INDIANAPOLIS -

The Indiana Department of Education released its latest findings for graduation rates, and they show that for the fifth straight year, more Indiana students are graduating.

The 2010-2011 school year shows an 85.7% graduation rate, which is up 1.6% from the past year and a 4.3% improvement from two years ago.

Also, the latest numbers show 80% graduate with honors. That's the most since the state began keeping track four years ago.

Almost half of Indiana's public high schools reached the 90-percent graduation mark, and more than half improved their rates over last year.
