INDIANAPOLIS -
A Wishard Hospital worker is under arrest after he was accused of inappropriately touching a female patient and videotaping it with a cell phone.
Marion County sheriff's deputies arrested Folajuwon Ajayi Monday night. Prosecutor's have charged him with voyeurism and battery.
The probable cause show police were able to identify the suspect because "he fumbled the cellular telephone and coincidentally captured a Wishard Hospital photograph identification card that was secured on a lanyard around his neck."
Wishard issued a statement saying the suspect is no longer a hospital employee.
Ajayi was wanted on three counts: Trafficking with an Inmate, a Class C Felony; Voyeurism, a Class A Misdemeanor; and Battery, a Class B Misdemeanor.
After his arrest, Ajayi was transported to the Arrestee Processing Center.
