Jason Calliste scored 16 points, leading five Detroit players in double figures, and the Titans never trailed in defeating Butler 76-65 on Sunday.
Chase Simon had 15 points, Ray McCallum had 12 points and seven assists, Donavan Foster scored 11 and Doug Anderson finished with 10 for Detroit (8-10, 2-4 Horizon). The Titans led 38-26 at halftime and by 23 points with 5 minutes remaining before Butler made the final score a little closer.
Ronald Nored led the Bulldogs (9-8, 3-2) with 13 points. Khyle Marshall was the only other Butler player in double figures with 11.
