BLOOMINGTON - Indiana's football coaches are not disguising their disgust.
First-year coach Kevin Wilson calls Saturday's loss to Wisconsin a step backward. Co-offensive coordinator Rod Smith says the Hoosiers need more productivity out of their receivers, and co-defensive coordinator Mike Ekeler says Indiana was undisciplined and scared.
It's the kind of talk the staff hopes will make players fighting mad heading into Saturday's game at Iowa.
The message has been repeated numerous times since Saturday's 52-point drubbing at Wisconsin, and, apparently, the players understand.
Defensive tackle Larry Black Jr. says it's time to prove people wrong, and receiver Kofi Hughes says it's time to start doing something that works.
