Little Mama's Pineapple Upside-down Cake

Recipe from Lynn Petty

1/4 stick butter
1 can crushed pineapple
1/4 box light brown sugar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 box Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix

 In black skillet, bring first 4 ingredients to a boil.  Cook until not too soupy but not too thick.  Mix cake mix per box directions and pour over hot mixture.  Place skillet in oven and bake at 350 degrees until cake test done.
