WEST POINT - A West Lafayette man was killed in a motorcycle accident in Tippecanoe County Saturday.
Police say Robert Clark, 53, failed to negotiate a curve while riding north on CR 700 West Point around 3:45 p.m. Saturday. Clark was thrown from his motorcycle and landed in a ditch. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. Investigators do not believe alcohol or drugs played a factor in the crash.
