Indianapolis - IMPD Officer David Bisard accused of causing a deadly crash while driving his patrol car drunk made an appearance in court Friday.
Bisard faces charges for the crash last August that killed motorcyclist Eric Wells and injured two others. His attorney is trying to get the trial moved to another city.
The judge set some rules in place for a possible change of venue but has not made a decision on that issue. Bisard faces the judge again in May.
