Indianapolis - The attorney for Officer David Bisard is renewing his fight to move the alleged drunk driving case out of Marion County.
In new court filings Wednesday, Bisard's attorney says widespread negative publicity will prevent Bisard from having a fair trial.
Last month, incoming Prosecutor Terry Curry re-filed drunk driving related charges in the case.
On August 6th, Bisard crashed into a group of motorcyclists killing Eric Wells and injuring two others. He is on suspension pending the police chief's recommendation for termination.
